APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP
To encourage the participation of medical professionals in training and medical professionals currently serving in the military in the ConferenceBrain Annual Meeting, ConferenceBrain established a scholarship fund, supported by our members and commercial sponsors. Eligible students include those enrolled in lab training programs, REI fellowships, medical students, residents, and nursing students. A limited number of scholarships are also available for non-management lab technicians, nurses, and genetic counselors.
Scholarships may include airfare to and from the conference (based on coach airfares available at the time the scholarship is awarded), meeting registration fees, and an allowance of $165 for ground transportation (parking, cabs, etc.). The scholarship includes sleeping rooms based on double occupancy (a same gender roommate will be selected by ConferenceBrain). ConferenceBrain reserves the right to assign scholarship winners to specific hotels at our discretion.
